This Company has established under the registration no. 3939 and brand of IRAN KHALIJ KO Company which has registered at Tehran Companies Registration Organization for pursuing of representative offices registration, transportation, shipping transportation, and active representative offices’ factorage on 1953. Company has started its activity in the field of manufacturing and assembly of Mazda Van with capacity of 200 kg and the subject of the company varied to manufacturing and assembly of various Mazda vans models including Mazda 1000 with capacity of 0.5mt and Mazda 1600 with capacity of 1mt. Name of IRAN KHALIJ KO Company has changed to Mazda Automobile manufacturing that was the private sector company according to the share holder’s ordinary public assembly decision dated on June 7th 1971, and also changed into Iran Van Company on June 27th 1984, that was the private sector company. And finally it is completely changed in the public sector company on March 15th 1991 and its category entered into the onTehran stock exchange on March 9th 1993. A significant changing over has occurred in the company performance procedure by stock making over to the private sector in the beginning of 1994. Company subject of activity came to increasing the production and performance, designing and manufacturing the ambulance cabin 1600, production of ambulance and van with engine capacity 2000cc, and at last company association changed and its name turned over to Bahmangroup Company according to the proved act of ordinary share holders assembly dated on July 19th 1999. With changing in the name, activity subject and structure and expanding strategy of company in such fields like manufacturing of Mazda model 323 F & 323 GLX, manufacturing if different kinds of chassis and moveable chassis, producing of casting parts, commercial activities and investing became the priority points of company activity. Bahmangroup is doing his utmost to guarantee the Company improvement and development criteria by undertaking the punctual strategies, political and goings on. To cover this important point, took measure for creating the ISUZU and PAJERO production line and left significant records in producing these 2 transportation means. Also, according to the need of market to urban services, road holding and airports machineries, Bahmangroup took measure to establish Parsboschung Company with corporation of Switzerland Boschung Company in 2004.
